Buying Footlogics products on-line is easy, fast and secure! We aim to have your order delivered within 2 working days (regional areas excepted). If you don’t like ordering on-line, please don’t hesitate to call us during office hours (Eastern Standard Time).
For your convenience, Footlogics Australia offers five different payment options:
1) Credit/Debit card: pay with your VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Your credit/debit card payment is processed with total security via eWay, one of Australia's largest internet payment gateways.
3) Bank transfer: when prompted for Payment, click the EFT option. Our bank details will be displayed. Please write these down and make your payment via EFT. After you have made your payment, please e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org), so we can look out for your payment and dispatch the goods without any delays.

5) Australia Post Money order: same procedure as above
We use Australia Post eParcel to delivery your order. Our Postage and Handling costs are as follows:
All orders received before 4.30 pm Eastern Time, will dispatched the same day. Orders are shipped with Australia Post e-Parcel. This means you can track your delivery via Australia Post's website. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is home at the time of delivery, you can pick up your parcel from your nearest local post office. If you are not home during the day on weekdays, you may want to have your order sent to your work address instead.

Footlogics-shop.com.au has been enabled for secure credit card payments processing using e-Way Payment Gateway Solutions. e-Way has been providing secure online payments for over many years to hundreds of merchants across Australia. All payment pages served by e-Way are secured by our own 128-bit SSL certificate supplied by GeoTrust.
Our shopping pages are encrypted with a 256-bit SSL Certificate on a secure server, protecting your personal information during the Checkout Process.
When you arrive at the page where you are asked to enter your credit card details, please look for the Secure site lock icon in your web browser (look for the locked padlock at the bottom right in Internet Explorer, bottom left in Mozilla Firefox, top right in Safari).
Importantly, your credit card details are passed directly to our bank without ever being stored on our system or the e-Way system. Footlogics Australia Pty Ltd will never have customer credit details stored on their computers. When we take your credit card details over the phone, rest assured that your card details will be deleted within 15 minutes after processing your order.
At Footlogics we respect your privacy. We do not disclose our customer details to any outside parties. We do not put your name, address or e-mail address on any mailing lists. We do not keep any financial information on record. We only keep your name, address, phonen umber and purchase history on file for a period of 12 months. This information remains strictly confidential at all times.
When you purchase Footlogics orthotics your walking comfort is guaranteed! If our product does not provide you with the level of comfort you expected, please return the goods within 90 days of purchase (with your receipt) and we will refund your money in full, no questions asked.
Even if you have worn the product for a while and/or have trimmed the insoles with scissors, you will still be able to receive a full refund. As soon as we have received the orthotics back from you, we debit your credit card or Paypal account.
