As part of our customer satisfaction approach, insoles worn for up to 30 days of purchase that have been trimmed with scissors remain eligible for a refund or exchange.
However, for footwear it’s important that they are returned in a condition suitable for resale.

With a ruler or tape measure simply measure the length of your foot from the back of the heel to the tip of your longest toe and compare your foot length to the table below. If you are in-between sizing we suggest going up in size.
