At Footlogics we stand by our products and service and want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. We understand that in some cases our products may not be suitable. Options for Insole and Footwear returns are listed below. Please read carefully as our insoles and footwear policies differ.
Returns Policy
Insole Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Footlogics insoles we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee, simply return within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund for the full cost of product. We encourage you to trim down and try your insoles in order to make the best decision based on your needs.
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Footwear Policy:
Footwear including slippers, thongs, sandals and Green Steps can be returned for a refund or exchange, if the following criteria has been met:
- Footwear must be unworn and unused– please take care when trying your shoes on for the first time.
- Footwear must be in original and resalable condition.
- Footwear must be returned in original Footlogics packaging. Do not use the shoe box for external packaging.
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Please take care reading the above requirements for footwear and insoles as Footlogics reserves the right to deny any exchange or refund not meeting all above criteria. If your return is deemed ineligible and you wish to have to product sent back to your address, you will be charged for the associated postage.
Return Process
STEP 1: Paperwork
Please download returns form and fill in all criteria. If you do not have access to a printer at home, you may include your packing slip or invoice with a brief description of your return reasoning and desired outcome. You can find the returns form here.
STEP 2: Packaging
Please neatly package your return within its original Footlogics packaging including any tissue paper or shoe inserts. Place your packaged product in a suitable satchel or box for return postage. Please do not tape the shoe box or use it as external packaging as this will void your return.
If you still have it, you may choose to utilise the original Australia Post packaging by turning the satchel inside-out or covering any existing labels on the postage box. Prior to resealing, ensure that you include the completed returns form.
STEP 3: Postage
Visit your local post office within 30-days of purchase and submit your return to the address listed below. Use tracked shipping and retain your tracking number in the event that your item is lost in transit or experiences an unexpected delay on its way back to us. Please be aware your return may take some time to reach us during peak periods.

STEP 4: Payment
Upon receiving your returned goods at Footlogics we will assess your return for eligibility based on the criteria in our returns policy (see above). If you opt for a refund, the cost of your returned product will be securely reimbursed back onto your original payment method. We will reach out to you via phone if you have requested an exchange that is out of stock or requires additional payment. All eligible exchanges will be dispatched to you free of charge.
