All purchases made via this website or over the phone can be returned within 90 days of purchase. This can be exchanged for another Footlogics model, a different size, or a refund.
Please note: return postage costs will be at your own expense.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 90 days of purchase and we will refund the full cost of the product returned. Please fill in the form attached below, include it in your return parcel. Once we have received your return we can process an exchange or refund.
