30-Day Returns

At Footlogics your satisfaction is backed by our 30-Day Return Policy for insoles and footwear. We believe in the comfort our products provide, however if they don’t meet your expectations for any reason, you have the option to initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. To ensure you meet the criteria for a return please review our Returns and Refund Policy here.

As part of our customer satisfaction approach, insoles worn for up to 30 days of purchase that have been trimmed with scissors remain eligible for a refund or exchange.

However, for footwear it’s important that they are returned in a condition suitable for resale.
